800. John* ANDRUS Jr.^515,795 was born in 1645 in , , MA. He was christened on 16 May 1658 in Waterville, , CT. Congregational Church. He died in 1713 in Farmington, Hartford Co., CT.^1441,1700 About 78 years old. Eldest son of the settler John. Lived in Harford, CT. Had land on CT river on 20 Mar 1676/1677. Had land sold to him by Gregory Winterton, borderd by John Cole and Thomas Marshal, and John White land.

Inherited an old bullock, a long fowling piece and a lot adjacent to Hartford boundries from his father after 1671. Received from his mother a sheet, a napkin and a pillow bear.

Left by Robert Morrice in his will of 7 Jun 1684: 10 shillings.

On 15 Feb 1698/1699 he was adm of the estate of his deceased son Joseph. In this generation the Andrus and Andrews spelling is used in different documents for the same man.

801. Elizabeth* WATERTON^1256,1441 was born on 31 Mar 1647. According to Spear the surname is STRICKLAND. Children were:

Inventory exhibited by his father John 'Andross, who is made Conservator over the Estate which appears Insolvent. Creditors to be paid pro. rata. Debts 16 pounds 9 pence.
	iv.	Hannah ANDRUS1701 was born in 1713. Quit any claim on her fathers estate to her brother John.
	v.	Esther ANDRUS was born in 1713.1701 Must be a twin of Hannah. She also quit her claims to her father's estate to her brother John, for a consideration.
